Elon Musk's Tesla pay package.

Looking at the incredible compensation package Elon Musk will receive as CEO of Tesla if he meets certain market capitalisation milestones and operational milestones. It was approved by Tesla shareholders in 2018 and its announcement was one of the reasons I started investing (actually spending too much of my income) in Tesla as its entirely built on the growth of the company which is what I wanted of course as I looked to #Invest in Tesla. Not that Elon Musk needed the motivation but the incredible package that was agreed will surely help drive the future growth of the company to try and reach its potential. Tesla accounting for 25% of China sales.

This video is a quick update and explanation of the amazing number's coming out of Tesla from Giga Shanghai and how they are making up 25% of the EV sales in China. Phase 1 production is 9 months ahead of schedule and this will hopefully offset any downturn from the other markets as the illness still has a hold on the global economy. Their growth is juxtaposed by the global auto market dropping by 40%. Elon Musk knew that China would be one of their major kets to success and it seems to be really paying off at the moment. This is a part of the reason Tesla's #stock has been building over the past month from their $361 low which is good for those keen to invest as its up over 50% since March 19th. Tesla's Cybertruck makes perfect sense BUT I’d never buy it.

The Tesla Cybertruck is one of Elon Musk's great engineering feats out of the entire Tesla vehicle line up because in terms of form and function its almost designed and manufactured perfectly. However, I cannot get past its design, and while not everything is designed for my tastes of course I don't really see it have mass appeal either and as a Tesla investor this is one of the times I'm left a bit concerned.
