On August 3rd, 1977 the 95th U.S. Congress opened hearings into the reported abuses concerning the CIA’s TOP SECRET mind control research program code named MK-Ultra. On February 8th, 1988, a top-level MK-Ultra victim, Cathy O’Brien.

Cathy O’Brien, born in 1957 in Muskegon, Michigan, is a nationally and internationally recognized US Government Whistleblower on the subject of MK Ultra mind control, who was covertly rescued from her mind control enslavement by Intelligence insider Mark Phillips.

In 1995 when the US National Security Act was invoked on her testimony for US Congressional Permanent Select Committees on Intelligence Oversight, that testimony was released through her book TRANCE Formation of America, written with Mark Phillips.

Their seven year pursuit of Justice was stopped FOR REASONS OF NATIONAL SECURITY. TRANCE Formation of America exposes the truth behind this covert government program and its ultimate goal: psychological control of a nation.

Together, for 30 years, Mark and Cathy would speak out globally to raise awareness on human trafficking and the corruption permeating the highest levels of government. Mark’s untimely passing in 2017 would lead Cathy into the next chapter of her journey. In order to cope with the loss of her hero and soul mate, Cathy reapplied methods in PTSD: Time to Heal and consciously chose to complete their shared life’s purpose by asserting her strength of spirit and raising awareness on truth that makes us free.

Julia Britz is a licensed naturopathic doctor who received her training from Bastyr University in San Diego, CA. She specializes in supporting people who are struggling with mental health issues such as OCD, disorders eating and psychiatric medication tapering. Her passion for working with individuals suffering from these lonely conditions is that she too was a “hopeless case”, but got better.
