- How much time should you dedicate to your sport on an annual basis? - Today it seems less and less student-athletes are playing multiple sports - It's Important to balance what types of exercises you do and limit constant repetition - Time away from your primary sport can help you not "burn out" - Too much pressure on a student-athlete at a young age is very stressful - Parents should manage how much time their son or daughter dedicates to a particular sport, especially at a young age.
