The hosts suggests that a more supportive approach to accountability involves helping individuals notice what is showing up in their lives and holding space for each other to shift through these things. The hosts also touch on the idea that every choice is a fruit of an individual's identity and that calling someone forth into their true identity requires them to impose the objective truth over their subjective experience.
