Welcome to the very first episode of what we’re calling The Spearman Chronicles. I’m Dr. Michael T. Spearman, and before we go any further, let me say this clearly: this is family business, legacy business, and truth-telling business all wrapped into one.

This show was born out of conversation, laughter, and a realization that what people sometimes try to use to diminish you can actually elevate you. In this episode, we talk about the word “quite” — what it really means, how language gets twisted, and how being “quite something” actually means being something to the highest degree. What some people think is shade is actually confirmation.

We talk about family, connection, and what it means to know who you are without apology. We talk about greatness, ownership, and why confidence doesn’t need permission. This isn’t about perfection. It’s about presence. It’s about showing up fully and unapologetically as who you are and where you come from.

I also introduce what we’re calling the Chronicles of the Spearman Greatness West Coast Tour, starting here in Phoenix, Arizona, and heading next to San Diego. This is just the beginning. This show is about conversations, perspective, humor, wisdom, and legacy — and it’s going to evolve as we go.

If you’re here, you’re family. Make sure you like, subscribe, and turn on notifications, because we’re just getting started. Welcome to The Spearman Chronicles.
