Here are some reasons:

Genuine Lack of Knowledge: The most straightforward reason is that they genuinely do not know the answer to a question or lack information on a particular topic.

Uncertainty: Sometimes, clients might have partial information or are unsure about the accuracy of their knowledge, so they say "I don't know" because they don’t want to give the wrong answer.

Seeking Validation: They may be looking for the coach to provide answers or validation rather than trusting their own insights.

Avoiding Responsibility: In some cases, saying "I don't know" can be a way to avoid taking responsibility for a situation or making a decision.

Self-Doubt: A lack of confidence in their own knowledge or opinions can lead them to believe they don't have the right answer.

Politeness or Tact: Clients might use "I don't know" to avoid offending someone or to diplomatically navigate a sensitive topic.

Deflection: It can be used to deflect a question they do not want to answer, either because it is too personal, uncomfortable, or irrelevant.

Buying Time: Sometimes, saying "I don't know" gives a person time to think about a more accurate or thoughtful response.

Protecting Themselves: In some situations, admitting ignorance can be a protective mechanism to avoid judgment, criticism, or conflict.

Indicating Complexity: The phrase can signal that the topic is too complex to explain quickly or that the answer is not straightforward.

10. You get the amazing self study course paired with LIVE coaching with our amazing team
11. Spaces are capped to 15, so it is small and intimate
12. In this space, you are going to be putting the gas pedal on the floor. We really want to hyperfocus on one thing: creating your first paid clients

14. This allows you to get your feet wet, experience TSNC way, and possibly offer a “break” before you jump into mentorship
15. The Mentorship
16. The mentorship is our year long small group and one-on-one business mentorship program and the requirement to join is that you have had 1-10 paid coaching clients.  This program is designed to speed up the time horizon to go from part-time professional nurse coach to a full-time practice
17. This small group of 8 or less includes group coaching calls, and one-on-one coaching calls, workshops, and peer coaching to become a more confident coach.
18. This program is built with two phases.
19. Master Mentorship
20. In order to be in our masters program, you must have gone through the mentorship program first and have created your first 10 paid clients
21. We have this benchmark in place because everyone needs to be magic-to have a strong, impactful vision not just for themselves but also for the good of the group…there can be no one who is “out”/talk about study of being around successful people
22. This group is smaller, capping out at 6 and is co facilitated with both Laura and Shelby
23. We meet twice a month as a group and one 1:1 /month.
24. Every Master’s client we have ever had not only returns their investment, but 80% cross the 100k mark (with a few over the 200k mark!)
