✅ Set a timeline and stick to it Instead of saying, “Maybe we'll move next spring,” pick a target date and work backward. When does your California home need to be listed? When do you need to be under contract in Tennessee? When should you start talking with lenders and Realtors? A real timeline turns the idea of moving to Tennessee from California into an actual plan.
