What shows up (and doesn't) allows for us to receive information or "feedback" for us to digest. At this point I am very aware of letting things come in and go naturally (whereas I used to unconsciously try and manipulate people and circumstances and events into my life.... all of these things eventually left... so now I'm just like "Cool that didn't show up" or "cool that was an amazing bit of information that did show up (bad or good)" and we use that information to inform our next best step. The more I practise this lifelong healing is me realizing that life takes a certain level of openness and acceptance. Life is fun and funny and a lot sometimes - and that is life as a human ... And, we love that here.
