Alec Ashby is a spiritual coach/entrepreneur.

Growing up he had multiple mental health struggles.

He grew up with anxiety, depression and tournettes syndrome.

He says he was never the best student and for most of his life he struggled with self esteem.

However, he always knew he wanted to be an entrepreneur.

In his college years he would spend countless hours studying entrepreneurs, business mogels, and investors.

It was not until his spiritual awakening back in 2019 where I had the realisation that he had to start taking ruthless action.

During his spiritual path he have found peace, joy, and confidence that he says he has never felt before in my life.

As a process, various practices of meditation, self inquiry, and other spiritual practices were dramatically changing his life.

He then started to develop a deep passion for spirituality, psychology and metaphysics.

Now, he is not only on the journey of spiritual enlightenment but also on the journey of helping others experience the personal transformation he found within myself.

His purpose is to help others overcome their issues with personal power and mental health through the power of spirituality.
