Too often, veterans and their families depart the military and dive head-first into civilian life, leaving behind familiar territory and a support network of like-minded individuals. They are left to deal with the mental turmoil on their own, surrounded by people who cannot and will not understand what they are going through. The loss of purpose, crisis of identity, fear, anxiety, and self-doubt plague veterans daily, but they don't know how to verbalize what they are feeling.

This podcast helps put words to those thoughts. Through my family's and my own personal experiences, and through the experiences of others, we expose the lies we have believed and bring truth the conversation. You are not alone in what you are feeling, and this show will help you and those closest to you understand that.
