Sergio has been like a big brother and mentor since the first day we met when I was in college and over the years we have developed mantras for every year that hold us accountable and help us reach our goals for that following year. 

On top of all of that, Sergio has the uncanny knack of dropping gems everytime we talk.. I walk away feeling motivated, inspired, and ready to conquer the world! 

We talk about other important topics like working in the workplace as a minority, overcoming fears and obstacles, and finding time to give back to communities that lack resources.
