For how to get you more clients, there's one thing I never see talked about, and I'm gonna break this up into. So it's trust, it's building trust. And I'm gonna break this up into a couple of ideas.

The first idea is something that is insanely powerful and no one talks about, it's called indirect ROI. Say that again with me indirect ROI. 

ROI. Let's say it again, indirect ROI ROI is return on investment is the reason that Pepsi and Coke spend

like their budgets are like a billion dollars or hundreds of millions of dollars. Okay, I don't remember I was, I was quoting cokes advertising their marketing budget

a few years back, and I think it was like $500,000 or $500 million for the year. It was insane Lehigh. And here's the thing. You never see Coca Cola, making you a pitch ever. And so, you may be thinking to yourself, well, that's great. That's Coca Cola. They're a global brand. What about me? Here's the thing. Once you understand why they spend all that money, just to show their logo, like, let's say before

movie. Remember going to movies? Remember how fun that used to be. And before the movie, you'd have all those commercials, and it seemed like every second or third one was Coca Cola, right? Well, there's a reason they spent all that money just to show you happy, attractive people. And the Coca Cola logo, happy, attractive people. And the Coca Cola logo. There's a very, very good reason they do that. There's not by accident, Pepsi's the same way, all pretty much the whole beverage industry, which is a multi billion dollar industry. They all understand this indirect ROI. Indirect ROI is a way of talking about the power of building a brand.

So can you build a brand and make offers? Of course you can. But does it behoove you to build trust and recognition and familiarity with 

It does. That's what indirect ROI is. Indirect ROI is for you for your purposes. It is the act in the strategy of spending time, energy and even a little bit of money in order to build trust ahead of time.

You shouldn't expect to attract clients through

contrary to what most people think, demonstration of your expertise is actually third, it's third in order of importance. Number one, an order of importance would be relevance. then and only then does your expertise matter. Does that make sense? Because if I don't like you, I don't give a rat's ass what your expertise is. Get it. I don't want to work with you.

One is they chose to put themselves next to their physical locations next to recognized and trusted brands always. You never see them not next to a recognized trusted brand. And it's a brilliant strategy because they know if you trust this, you're going to trust what's next to it. And then

So you want to be demonstrating your personality with some frequency. So now you're starting to probably see at this point, you're probably starting to see,

gosh, that could start to sound overwhelming. So now I got to be sort of on all the time and charming, demonstrating my personality and my expertise. And now you're saying I have to do it frequently. Well, how frequently? Well, you should show up powerfully on

Pinterest as a sort of runner up. Some people are doing very, very powerful, you know, business on Pinterest, but most of us don't understand it for a business platform. But here's the thing. If you show up on all those platforms, you can then sort of direct people back to wherever you like to talk to them. Let's say you like to talk to people on LinkedIn, you can direct them back there. Let's say you like to talk to people on Facebook, you can direct them from all those other platforms back to Facebook. So now maybe you've got either a profile page that you'd like to talk to people from a business page or a group or all three. Do you see what I'm saying? So the idea is, it's the power of attraction. It's the power of being the one person who's adding value and not always sort of clamoring for the offer. In a world of people who are constantly clamoring

So by the way, now that we're at this point, I want to say that you absolutely need to make offers. Don't be confused about that.

But at the same time, if all you ever do is make offers without building trust, you seem like a douchebag get it. So one great solution for that, that a lot of my friends use a lot of my colleagues and peers is a Facebook group. They don't talk about sales outside of the Facebook group, they just put content out there that attracts you into the group inside the group, they then build the relationship with you further by adding more value, and then they make offers. It's a powerful, powerful way to to use indirect ROI and the power of

trust to make tons of money while serving people at a high level. So you wonder why you're not getting clients. It's probably because

People don't trust you. And in some cases it's it's also and it's and or because you're not making offers. But you got to understand if you're making offers and people don't trust you, it's the same as not making offers. Nobody gives a rat's ass, right? If I don't trust you, and you make an offer, whatevs. However, if you've taken the time to earn my trust, and

to show me to give me the choice to decide if I like you or not, and then I decide I like you.

And then you make an offer that meets a need I have, well, that's a different story.

think about how common the idea of bad coaching programs and bad coaches and bad services and products is in the online marketplace. Right? The way around that is indirect ROI the way around that

But if you want to get people over the hump of wondering whether your product is good before they see it or worse, doubting your product is good. When you realize that there is a return on investment that is crucial, but that cannot necessarily be measured directly.
