In Job 38:1–7, God responds to Job, a righteous man who endured immense suffering and questioned why it was happening. By Job 42:1–6, we see a shift in Job’s heart—he humbly recognizes who God is and who he is not.

God’s ways are higher than ours. We are not meant to carry life on our own. True strength comes from trusting Him, not ourselves.

📖 “But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength.” – Isaiah 40:31

The Hebrew word “Kavah” means to wait with expectation and hope—trusting in who God is even when we don't yet understand what He is doing.

As said in the book Waiting Isn’t a Waste: "Waiting on God is actively living out what we know is true about God when we don’t know what is true about our lives."

A few reminders for the journey:

• Spend time alone with God. It strengthens everything else.

• You don’t have conflicts—you have disagreements. Handle them with grace.

• Choose your battles. Not every hill is worth climbing.

• Check your expectations: Are they loving? Are they realistic?

• There’s no hierarchy in love. Walk side by side.

• Ask: What is most beneficial right now?

• Prayer isn’t passive—it’s action.

• Proverbs 3:5–6 — Trust. Submit. He will lead.

• Be patient. Pray. Wait

• You’re not just in a marriage—you are the marriage.

• Take 3 days to pray before major decisions. Let peace guide you.
