He said that while he didn't regard bestiality as "normal or natural," he didn't find it necessarily offensive" to our status and dignity a human being. He said this to highlight what he sees as many humans' hypocrisy regarding the treatment of animals: they are outraged at human/animal sex, when no one, ostensibly, is harmed.
