Charlie Long was fortunate to come from a musical family. He had a love for the guitar since listening to classic Chet Atkins and Wes Montgomery records at his grandfather’s side as a small boy. Taking up the guitar at age 10, he was fortunate to study with a fine jazz teacher and player and jumped into the studies with abandon. By age 14, he had played his first professional gig, made All State Orchestra on both guitar and Double Bass during high school. And by age 21, he had spent 2 years touring the United States. After 2 years of touring, he knew life on the road was not for him. But his love of music and playing guitar has never diminished and is, in fact, now stronger than ever. In the last couple of decades, he had the opportunity to study with multiple world class and famous guitarists, jazz legends, and experts in the field of learning and performance psychology. He also taught thousands of aspiring guitarists from around the world. His gifts manifests in two areas of teaching. One is the ability to take complex subject matter and explain it in as many ways and levels as is necessary to help someone understand it. The second is the ability to distill the essence of his decades of learning into the truly fundamental steps required for other budding guitarists to make quantum leaps in their skill and enjoyment. As a child of the 80s, he’ll be a fan of “shred guitar” until he die, and hearing Stevie Ray Vaughan led him to immerse himself in the blues. Always looking for avenues in which to improve, he also has a deep love for the complexities of jazz music and a passion for playing through complex chord changes with rock tone, phrasing and energy. Australian award-winning producer and writer Michael Flanders and co-founder of Pacific International music publishing moved to the USA in Feb ‘07 to head up Pacific International Music. During this period, he has built a healthy publishing catalog of over 1,100 songs and having administration on 12 other existing catalogs with high profile names attached. His production credits include Josh Arnold, Nik Phillips, Jill King, Garrison Starr, and American Idol Semi-Finalist Siobhan Magnus and Multi-Platinum selling artist Nikki Webster to name a few.

John Cesar is a New England based classical guitarist. As an artist, John has performed around New England, New Jersey, and even in Lima, Peru. He received his undergraduate degree from the John J. Cali School Of Music at Montclair State University. During his studies, John had the opportunity to perform in masterclasses for some of the leading figures in classical guitar. Michael Dolce was heavily influenced by his dad, strumming and singing Italian folk songs and the odd country tune of guitar at the age of six. At 15, he left school to pursue a trade as a cabinet maker. But he still retained his passion for guitar by playing with local cover bands. At the age of 20, Michael decided to give up his trade to pursue his dream of becoming a full-time guitarist.

An opportunity arose in 1991 when local singer songwriter Hugh Wilson appeared on the popular television show ‘Starsearch’ and won the series. Hugh and manager Glenn Wheatley approached Michael to join him in his band. This led to an amazing nine months of recording of three singles, an album, recording film clips and extensive touring. Over the next 30 years, Michael further established himself with a solid career as a session guitarist by playing and recording for many Top 10 National and International artists. His playing credits today include the TV show The Voice (Australia), Delta Goodrem, Keith Urban, Lionel Richie, Seal, Roachford, Mica Paris and more.

As childhood cancer survivor, Lauren knows the importance of living in the moment. That’s why she quit her cushy job as a cancer researcher to pursue a career in music. Since that pivotal moment in 2010, Lauren has opened multiple music schools in the Boston area as well as built a massive following online via her YouTube guitar lessons where she currently has over 190K subscribers. Lauren’s teaching philosophy is to make sure that students always feel good about their decision to learn music. Now she is helping other teachers learn how to navigate YouTube and the online course market.
