Once upon a time a man called John Taffer turned up to Brad's bar, which had a completely different name, interior and er....cup. Mr Taffer transformed Brad's bar on a TV show called Bar Rescue. The transformation of what we now know as Spirits On Bourbon was so impactful that the iconic blue skull cup that was created, is one of the most sought after cups in America and the bar went on to make $1m a year!

In the episode we find out how Brad's bar ended up on Bar Rescue, his relationship with John Taffer, how the bar is doing now, Covid-19 and how it effected him. Erik has made some art for Brad to say thank you for inspiring him so much.

Ryan used Ayahuasca which is a hallucinogen that is illegal in the US and UK, to help him with depression. Rory, his brother was suffering badly with his addiction to heroin and was on a very high dose (160mg!!) of methadone, which he labels as "liquid handcuffs". Ayahuasca was introduced to Rory as a way to try and wean himself of the methadone, which proved highly successful.
