Despite this, we as a society and as individuals still have a lot to learn in relation to mental health conditions and disorders and just how much of an impact our mind can have on our bodies. Although society has groomed us to believe that we must invest a great deal of money into learning about these topics and achieving optimal levels of physical, mental, and spiritual well-being, this is not the case. Here is where Your Mindful Mantra's podcast can help.
My name is Nikki Klatka (@yourmindfulmantra) and I am the host of Your Mindful Mantra. I'm also a current Master's student in a Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Lock Haven University and I have personally dealt with anxiety disorders for over 10 years. I am a lifelong learner and believe that understanding mental health topics and counseling techniques should be easily accessible to everyone at all times.
To help this belief become a reality, Your Mindful Mantra explores topics of spirituality, healthy/intuitive eating, and mindfulness and their impact on mental health to help listeners achieve their best mind, body, and spirit.
